| 7. | It was found that the ultra - fine powder can flow smoothly in a spouted bed with a draft tube under some sorts of design parameter and operating condition , thus a new effective method to improve fluidization quality of the ultra - fine powders is obtained ; at higher supplied gas velocity , an increase in the solid circulation rate is observed ; the extent of the distance between the nozzle and the draft tube inlet result in the promotion of the solid circulation rate ; the solid circulation rate increase with increasing the draft tube diameter or the bed mass ; the gas bypassing is nearly zero in the present work ; and the solid flow in the annulus is observed as a moving bed 结果表明:在一定的床层结构和操作条件下,超细粉可以在导向管喷动床中实现平稳流化,从而为改善超细粉的流化质量提供了一种有效的新方法;固体循环速率与喷动气流量、导向管直径、导向管底部与喷嘴出口间距以及床层装填量成正比;气体则基本上不存在“旁路”现象;环隙区中的颗粒流动表现为一移动床特征。 |
